Brian coordinated two week workshop for California State University college credit. Students explored Photography in Three Centuries with Dan Estabrook, Holly Roberts, and Dan Burkholder on the beautiful CSU Monterey Bay campus, July, 2012

Work included in group exhibition, " Splintering Humanity: Religious Extremism in Defiance of Global Community," Triton Museum, Santa Clara, California.

Brian's handmade books were included in an innovative group show, "X Libris," regarding books as art at Root Division Gallery in San Francisco.

Brian was selected as the 2011 SPE West Coast Honored Educator and was a Featured Speaker for the Society for Photographic Education's West Coast Conference. Cabrillo College, Nov. 18th, 2011

Brian Taylor, Robin Lasser and Adrienne Pao visited Ekaterinburg, Russia in May, 2011 as part
of a cultural exchange sponsored by the US Consulate and State Department. A book and concurrent exhibitions were held at the Metenkov Museum of Photography, Ekaterinburg, Russia and San Jose City Hall, CA, 2011- 2012.
